The Investment and Trade Court participated in an event organized by Hamad Bin Khalifa University as part of the World Trade Organization launch program for Qatar. During the event, Ms. Sarah Abdullah Al-Sulaitin, Director of the Case Management Office and Director of the Court's Litigation System, delivered a presentation highlighting the Court’s role in enhancing the investment environment through its advanced digital systems and modern litigation mechanisms.

The event was attended by His Excellency Judge Khalid bin Ali Al Obaidli, President of the Investment and Trade Court, along with several distinguished judges, reflecting the judiciary’s commitment to developing the commercial litigation system and keeping pace with transformations in the digital and industrial economy.

In this context, His Excellency Judge Khalid bin Ali Al Obaidli stated:

“The Investment and Trade Court’s digital transformation experience is not merely a technical project; it is a fundamental pillar for supporting the investment environment and enhancing judicial efficiency in line with Qatar’s economic vision.”

Ms. Sarah Abdullah Al-Sulaitin further emphasized:

“The Court has been committed to developing its digital systems to ensure easier access to services, greater transparency, and faster resolution of disputes, thereby strengthening confidence in the commercial environment.”

The Court’s participation received significant attention from attendees, given the advanced model it presented in modernizing judicial procedures and supporting the business environment in the State of Qatar.
