His Excellency Judge Khalid bin Ali Al Obaidli, President of the Investment and Trade Court, attended the Qatari Lawyer’s Day event, held under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Ibrahim bin Ali Al Mohannadi, Minister of Justice, with the participation of a distinguished group of dignitaries, senior officials, and representatives of legal and judicial entities in the State.

On this occasion, His Excellency emphasized that the celebration of Qatari Lawyer’s Day embodies appreciation for the lawyer’s status and pivotal role in achieving justice and upholding the principles of law.

He added that the legal profession represents a fundamental pillar of the justice system and an active partner of the judiciary in protecting rights, safeguarding freedoms, and strengthening confidence in the State’s legal framework.

His Excellency further noted that the legislative and legal developments witnessed by the State of Qatar reflect the wise leadership’s vision to build an integrated justice system that reinforces a fair and transparent legal environment supporting comprehensive national development.

The celebration of Qatari Lawyer’s Day aims to strengthen the partnership between the judiciary and the legal profession and to promote a just and transparent legal environment in the State.
