His Excellency Judge Khalid bin Ali Al Obaidli, President of the Investment and Trade Court, participated in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Forum 2025, held from 3 to 4 November 2025 at Le Royal Méridien Doha Hotel in Lusail City, under the theme “Preserving Value through Restructuring and Effective Exit: Best Practices and Innovative Policies in Insolvency.”

The forum serves as a leading regional platform that brings together a distinguished group of decision-makers, experts, and specialists in the fields of investment, insolvency, and restructuring. It is jointly organized by the World Bank Group and INSOL International, in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the State of Qatar.

His Excellency’s participation underscores the pioneering role of the Investment and Trade Court in supporting national efforts to enhance Qatar’s legal and investment environment, strengthen the principles of transparency and governance, and exchange expertise with judicial, regional, and international institutions in a way that contributes to the development of the economic justice system.
