As part of the training programs organized by the Investment and Trade Court, the Case Management Office held a training session on the morning of Thursday, August 28, 2025, targeting a group of legal researchers from the Supreme Judiciary Council.
The training began with an introduction to the office’s tasks and its role in facilitating litigation procedures, along with a presentation on the workflow of the electronic litigation system. This was followed by a detailed explanation of the mechanisms for preparing and drafting reports in accordance with the applicable procedures.
The program continued throughout the day with practical training alongside the office staff, aimed at providing researchers with direct experience of the workflow and enhancing their understanding of practical applications within the judicial work environment.
This training comes within the court’s efforts to promote the exchange of expertise and transfer of practical knowledge to new researchers, contributing to the enhancement of their efficiency and supporting their professional development within the judicial system.
