In a step that reflects the Investment and Trade Court’s commitment to digital transformation and the development of the justice system, the court today held a remote judgment session using modern technological tools, presided over by His Excellency Judge Jassim Al-Obaidan – Deputy President of the Primary Court.
This virtual session comes as a continuation of the court’s qualitative path, embodying the Supreme Judicial Council’s direction towards leveraging technology to facilitate litigation procedures and enable parties to access justice smoothly and securely without needing to be physically present at the court.
During the session, several judgments were issued in a well-organized digital environment that upholds the highest standards of transparency and accuracy, reinforcing trust in the efficiency of the judicial system and its ability to keep pace with rapid digital advancements.
