As part of its commitment to supporting national initiatives aimed at developing Qatari human capital, the Investment and Trade Court participated in the seventh edition of the “My Career – My Future” program, organized by the Qatar Career Development Center from July 6 to 10, 2025. The court hosted a group of high school students for a three-day professional immersion experience.
The participating students were given the opportunity to learn about the nature and jurisdiction of the court, observe judicial procedures, and interact with several relevant departments. This allowed them to experience a real work environment and gain practical insight into legal and judicial professions in the country.
His Excellency Judge Khalid bin Ali Al-Obaidli, President of the Investment and Trade Court, also made sure to meet with the students during the event at the court premises. A rich dialogue session was held, allowing students to discuss various aspects of the court's work and raise their questions directly with His Excellency.
The court affirmed that its participation in the program reflects its belief in the importance of raising professional awareness among the next generation and guiding them toward well-considered career paths aligned with labor market needs, in line with the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030 to build a knowledge- and justice-based society.
The court values this distinguished initiative and reaffirms its continued support for it, given its tangible positive impact in developing students' skills and strengthening their connection to the professional world. It also reflects the commitment of participating institutions to discover and nurture promising Qatari youth and support their academic and professional journeys.
