As part of its ongoing efforts to promote the principles of integrity and transparency, the Investment and Trade Court hosted a specialized workshop on Monday, 23 June 2025, entitled “Towards an Ethical Work Environment – Innovative Strategies for Enhancing Transparency and Institutional Development,” in collaboration with the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority.

The workshop highlighted several key topics, most notably: An overview of the Authority’s mandate, an introduction to the right to access information, in addition to the Code of Conduct for employees and mechanisms for its enforcement. The workshop also aimed to foster a culture of integrity and promote institutional values in the workplace, in line with national directions in this area.

This workshop is part of a series of events organized by the Court to embed the concepts of integrity, transparency, and institutional governance, thereby reinforcing its position as a leading institution in the judicial sector.
