Her Excellency Judge Maha bint Mansour Al Thani, Judge at the Investment and Trade Court, has obtained a Doctorate in Law from Qatar University, following the successful defense of her dissertation before an academic committee from the College of Law, entitled: “The Legal Personality of Commercial Companies in Qatari Law.”

The defense session was attended by His Excellency Judge Khalid bin Ali Al Obaidly, President of the Investment and Trade Court, along with a number of judges and officials from the court.

On this occasion, Dr. Maha bint Mansour Al Thani expressed her gratitude and appreciation to all those who supported her during this stage, expressing her joy at this achievement and praying to Almighty God that her academic work will assist her in fulfilling her duties in service of the nation.
