His Excellency Judge Khalid Ali Al-Obaidli, President of the Investment and Trade Court, met with His Excellency Dr. Kamal bin Abdullah Al-Hamad, Secretary-General of the Commercial Arbitration Center for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, and the accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, they discussed enhancing arbitration mechanisms and resolving commercial disputes in the region, ways to develop laws related to investment and trade, as well as the challenges facing the commercial judiciary.

His Excellency Dr. Kamal bin Abdullah Al-Hamad listened to a detailed explanation about the court, its functions, and its vital role in achieving justice and facilitating commercial procedures.

He was also briefed on the modern facilities of the court and the procedures followed, reflecting the state's commitment to enhancing its legal and commercial infrastructure and creating a safe investment environment.
