His Excellency Judge Khalid bin Ali Al-Obaidli, President of the Investment and Trade Court, met this morning with His Excellency Mr. Bakhtiyar Islamov, President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, they discussed aspects of judicial cooperation between the two courts and ways to enhance it, in addition to the importance of the role of commercial courts in resolving disputes related to commercial and investment matters.

The Uzbek delegation listened to a detailed explanation of the nature of the court's work and its competencies. They also learned about the various halls and services provided by the Investment and Trade Court to the public, where they were briefed on the modern technologies used in judicial processes and the efforts made to improve efficiency and transparency in the judicial system.
