Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the fraternal Kingdom of Bahrain, and in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister of the fraternal Kingdom of Bahrain, His Excellency Judge Khalid Ali Al Obaidli, President of the Investment and Trade Court, participated on Tuesday in the celebration of the Commercial Arbitration Center for the Gulf Cooperation Council countries on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Center.

The celebration, which was held in the conference hall of the Gulf Hotel in the capital, Manama, was attended by His Excellency Mr. Jassem Mohammed Al Badioui, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, His Excellency Mr. Saleh bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Center's Board of Directors, His Excellency Dr. Kamal bin Abdullah Al Hamad, Secretary-General of the Center, and a number of Their Excellencies, officials of the Council countries.

The ceremony included a presentation about the achievements of the Center over the past thirty years and future plans to develop its mechanisms and enhance its role as a fundamental pillar in the Gulf commercial justice system.

The participants praised the level that the Center has reached and the great confidence it enjoys in the corridors of Gulf and international trade.

It is worth noting that the Commercial Arbitration Center for the Gulf Cooperation Council countries is one of the most prominent institutions in the region that provides commercial arbitration services, as it works to provide innovative legal solutions that contribute to supporting and developing Gulf economies.
