His Excellency Judge Khalid bin Ali Al-Obaidli, President of the Investment and Trade Court, met the judicial delegation from the Republic of Indonesia. The meeting discussed ways to enhance judicial cooperation between the two countries, especially in the field of commercial justice. During the meeting, a number of issues related to investment and trade were discussed, focusing on the importance of exchanging opinions and judicial expertise in these two fields. During the meeting, His Excellency the President of the Investment and Trade Court affirmed the Court's commitment to building strong and fruitful relations with judicial institutions all over the world, and its constant endeavor to enhance international cooperation through the exchange of experiences in the relevant judicial fields. The Indonesian delegation went through an introductory tour of the court, during which they were briefed on the court's facilities and the advanced services it provides to the public, aimed at speedy resolution of disputes with quality and efficiency, and the implementation of flexible dispute settlement procedures that meet all modern international standards.
