HE President of the Investment and Trade Court Judge Khalid Ali Al Obeidli met Monday morning with a delegation from the Qatar International Court headed by HE Lord John Thomas president of the Qatar International Court. The meeting was attended by Judge Issa bin Ahmed Al-Nasr, the Deputy President of the Investment and Trade Court, Mr. Faisal bin Rashid Al-Sahouti, the CEO of the Qatar International Court, and a number of judges and officials from both courts. During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two courts and the role of commercial courts in settling related disputes. The visiting delegation was taken on a short tour around the court, its halls, and the services it provides to the public. They were also briefed on the nature of its work, the specialization of each department, and the modern technology it uses.
