Doha, 22nd February / Al Watan Qatari Newspaper / Mr. Oscar Alberto Lopez, the head of the Supreme Court of the friendly Republic of El Salvador, expressed his satisfaction with the positive results of the official visit he and the accompanying judicial delegation made to Qatar, noting that there are many bright points that he will work to transfer, benefit from, and strive to apply them in the judicial system in his country. Mr. Oscar Lopez emphasized that the visit he made from February 19 to 22 was a very fruitful visit, carrying many positives, such as exchanging experiences and closely observing the mechanism of work at the Supreme Judicial Council, especially the aspects related to procedures and laws that contributed to reducing litigation time in Qatar, as well as getting to know the digital transformation system in the council and its most prominent development aspects. He indicated that all of these matters were of great interest to Mr. Najib Bukele, the President of El Salvador, and then came the directives to make this official visit to learn about everything that contributed to the success of the judicial system in Qatar, and to identify all matters that help us develop our judicial system, relying on the capabilities possessed by the Supreme Council of the Judiciary and its staff, and benefiting from those experiences to transfer the Qatari experience with all its positives and achieve the goals of our country. The head of the Supreme Court of the friendly Republic of El Salvador clarified that the accompanying judicial delegation conducted many tours in the Supreme Judicial Council, its affiliated courts, and the public prosecution, and conducted many fruitful meetings with the judges, during which they learned about many issues related to technological aspects and the significant development in electronic justice in the council. As Mr. Oscar Alberto Lopez praised the great attention that Qatar pays to the judicial system and the significant support that contributed to reaching this stage of continuous success and development, he also praised the warm welcome and great hospitality that he found since his arrival with the judicial delegation to Qatar. At the end of his speech, Lopez expressed his great appreciation to His Excellency the President of the Supreme Judiciary Council for his full attention to this visit, which he felt since their first meeting at the beginning of the visit. He emphasized that Qatar is a country characterized by a state of affection and tolerance, and its people are naturally kind and hospitable. He felt a sense of stability and peace of mind there, which is reflected in the citizens and residents who apply the law voluntarily and without coercion, as a result of the system and justice prevailing in the country.
