The Training and Judicial Research Department, in cooperation with the Qatar Stock Exchange, organized a specialized training course entitled "Trading and Investment Regulations and Legal Liability in the Securities Market," held at the premises of the Investment and Trade Court. The course was directed at the judges of the Investment and Trade Court and was delivered by Alaa Kamel, Legal Advisor at the Qatar Stock Exchange. The sessions covered several strategic themes, most notably:

• The Financial System: A review of the state of financial markets in the State of Qatar.
• The Judicial Dimension: An examination of disputes related to the stock exchange and methods of their resolution.
• Oversight and Compliance: A focus on regulatory mechanisms and the penalties framework.
• Litigation Alternatives: A discussion of arbitration procedures in financial disputes.

The course focused on the legal frameworks governing financial markets, regulatory mechanisms, and dispute resolution in the State of Qatar.
