As part of the interview conducted by the Supreme Judiciary Council with Qatar News Agency, His Excellency Judge Khaled Ali Al-Obaidli, President of the Investment and Trade Court, reviewed the most significant developments related to the Court's electronic litigation system, as well as the efforts undertaken to enhance the efficiency of judicial operations, ensure the continuity of session proceedings, and deliver judicial services through the use of modern technology.

His Excellency clarified that the Court has completed the expansion of its remote communication system during the current period to encompass all appellate circuits in addition to the court of first instance. The Court has continued to operate at full capacity, ensuring the uninterrupted conduct of sessions, exchange of memoranda, and issuance of judgments electronically. He further noted that the Court has considered more than 1,600 cases since the first of March.
