The Investment and Trade Court, in cooperation with the Career Development Center at Qatar University, organized an introductory workshop for students of the College of Law at Qatar University entitled “An Integrated Digital Judicial System… Where Justice Meets Technology.” The workshop was held on Sunday, 8 February 2026, at Qatar University, in the presence of His Excellency Judge Khalid bin Ali Al Obaidli, President of the Court, and His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Hassan Al Kaabi, Dean of the College of Law.

The workshop introduced students to the role of the Court and the digital judicial workflow. His Excellency Judge Nasser Al Hajri reviewed aspects of the judicial experience of the Investment and Trade Court.

Ms. Sarah Al Sulaitin delivered a presentation on the role of the Case Management Office in organizing the flow of cases, while Ms. Maryam Al Karbi presented an overview of the “Taqadi” system and its role in developing litigation procedures, alongside contributions from a number of Court officials.

This workshop comes as part of the efforts of the Investment and Trade Court, in cooperation with the Career Development Center at Qatar University, to enhance practical awareness among law students and to link academic study with judicial application.

This cooperation aims to contribute to preparing qualified legal professionals who are equipped to meet the requirements of digital transformation in judicial work.
