About the Court
o Establishment of commercial companies: a commercial company is a contract in terms whereof two or more natural or juristic persons agree to participate in a project for the purpose of making a profit, by contributing in money or in kind to share the profits and losses of such project in agreed proportions.
o The company may be constituted by one person in accordance with the provisions of Part eight of law no.2015 pertaining to commercial company.
o Partners' disputes in a commercial company: (the dispute relates to the life of the company from its establishment to its liquidation, meaning that the conflict must take its source from the company's contract and be between the partners only).
o Shareholders' disputes in a joint-stock company: (a joint-stock company is every company whose capital is divided into shares of equal value and tradable, and the shareholder is only liable to the extent of his contribution to the capital).
o Disputes of the general assemblies of commercial companies.
o Dissolution and liquidation of the company: (Dissolution means the termination of the company's business, and what is meant by liquidation is the set of procedures related to the dissolution, they are the processes for settling all the rights and obligations of the company).
o Request to exit the company or remove a partner from it.
