Contracts Agency and Distribution Contract: A contract agency is a contract under which the agent continuously seeks and negotiates the conclusion of transactions in a specific field of activity for the benefit of the client against consideration. The agent's tasks may include the conclusion of these transactions and their implementation on behalf of the client.
• Agency with commission:(A contract under which the proxy is obligated to perform in his name, a legal act for the account of the client in return for a fee)
• Trade Representatives: A trade representative is a person who has been commissioned by a trader under a contract of employment to carry out on his behalf work related to his trade, whether travelling, in the trader's premises or anywhere else.
• Brokerage is a contract whereby the broker undertakes, for a consideration, to find a second party in order to conclude a specific contract and conducts the negotiations for the same with the person who authorized him to do so, and with the conditions thereof.
