Business of investment and finance companies: (Investment companies: any company licensed under the provisions of this law to engage in all or some investment business without receiving deposits. Finance companies: any company certified in accordance with the provisions of this law to engage in financial finance and grant credit and various consumer loans or any specialized financing business specified by the bank).
